Sometimes being home alone can drive us a little crazy. We start hearing things, seeing things. Every bump in the night sends chills up our spines.

She thought she heard whispering outside her bedroom door, but she’s not quite sure. Her ears must be playing tricks on her. It’s probably all just in her head.

Just to make sure, she’s getting out of bed to check. She’s going to be alright. There can’t possibly be anything sinister waiting for her behind the door.
