An Inspiring Story About Blind Marathon Runners


Feeling unmotivated about exercising? To help you get off the couch, here’s an inspiring story about a community of blind runners!

Running Hour started as an idea to use the sport as a supportive, encouraging and empowering environment for people with intellectual challenges. It has nearly 400 members today, since its founding in 2009.

This documentary was a submission to the Our Better World initiative, which focuses on sharing stories and people in Asia. It aims to bring together the magic of stories and the power of people to inspire change.

Along with featuring people who are changing lives and whose lives are changed, the initiative also shares tangible, useful actions for everyone to join the journey.
