A Shoplifter And Shopkeeper’s Sweet Bond Is Viddsee Shortee May 2017

Life behind the grocery store counter was routine for Jie, but everything changed when he caught a little shoplifter.

Le, the silent thief, was obsessed with Yakult, a local yoghurt drink, and her tiny hands had decided to help herself to it all.

Her busy mother was abashed, but Le soon becomes a constant presence in Jie’s store when he is tasked to babysit her.

Jie finds the soft spot in his heart growing to accommodate this petite criminal when he learns that her mother is in a hospital.

It’s then that he learns the reason behind her refusal to speak and her obsession with Yakult.

Here’s a tale of innocence lost between two young friends, and how they helped each other get their lives back on track.
