Her father was the kindest person she knew.
He was a simple soup seller, but his generosity was the stuff of legends. Whether it was the boy who was stealing medicines for his mother, or the street beggar looking for a meal, he gave freely to one and all, expecting nothing in return.
But one day, he got sick. Really sick. The hospital expenses kept mounting and when she got the bill, she couldn’t help but break down.
